Operator of automatic machines

Punching machine operator – a specialist in the maintenance and operation of automatic punching presses. Engaged in post-print processing of products, performs quality control, participates in preventive maintenance to maintain the equipment fleet in proper condition.
Job responsibilities include a full cycle of work:
        machine fitting;
        settings;
        loading of raw materials;
        circulation run;
        product quality control;
        timely detection of marriage and its elimination;
        taking steps to avoid mistakes in the future.
It is assumed that one specialist will service two or three punching presses, the replacement of the driver on the equipment.
The master who works on this equipment must be attentive, accurate, efficient, responsible, technically competent.
